Policies
CHILDRENS POLICY
*Due to the hot tools, chemicals, and sharp tools used in our business, children 12 and under must be accompanied by an 18+ adult who is not receiving a service or the appointment will be rescheduled. We care for the little ones safety and appreciate your understanding.
DEPOSIT POLICY
*We require deposits on all large color and extension services due to the amount of no-shows we have received, This helps us manage scheduling and ensures we can continue providing the best service to all of our valued clients. The deposit will be applied toward your total balance, and the remainder will be due at the time of your appointment.
REFUND POLICY
*All services are non-refundable. You have 7 days to inform the salon of any adjustments wanted for services redeemed.
